Meet & Greet Santa & The Festive Characters

Terms & Conditions

  1. The Santa Meet & Greet is open to all Yas Mall customers from 12–24 December during scheduled appearance times at Santa’s Grotto on the 1st Floor, in front of Mom Store.
  2. The Festive Characters will make a special appearance on 19th December, during scheduled appearance times at the same location.
  3. Each customer will receive one complimentary Polaroid photo with Santa instantly, per AED 300 worth of receipts.
  4. Receipts must be of same-day shopping or dining. Receipts can be combined but must be from the same day of redemption
  5. No prior booking is required; participation is on a first-come, first-served basis.
  6. Customers must complete a short details form before meeting Santa.
  7. By participating, guests agree that Yas Mall may use photos or videos from the event for promotional purposes.
  8. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times during the activity. Parents are responsible for supervising their children to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
  9. Customers are kindly requested to follow the guidance of event staff so everyone can enjoy the experience safely and comfortably. Yas Mall may limit participation if needed to maintain a pleasant environment for all.
  10. Yas Mall is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury during the activity.
  11. Yas Mall may modify or cancel the meet & greet schedule without prior notice for operational or safety reasons.

 

Free Gift Wrapping Station

Terms & Conditions

  1. Yas Mall customers can enjoy complimentary gift wrapping from 12–24 December, daily form 10am – 10pm at the kiosk located on 1st Floor, in front of Mom Store
  2. Customers must present same-day shopping or dining receipts worth AED 300 to avail the service. Receipts can be combined but must be from the same day.
  3. Each customer can have up to 2 gift items wrapped for receipt(s) worth AED 300.
  4. Complimentary wrapping applies only to items purchased at Yas Mall.
  5. Wrapping styles and materials are subject to availability.
  6. Oversized or fragile items may not be eligible for wrapping.\
  7. Yas Mall may refuse service if the receipt does not meet the criteria.
  8. Customers are kindly requested to follow the guidance of event staff so everyone can enjoy the experience safely and comfortably. Yas Mall may limit service availability if needed to maintain a pleasant environment for all.
  9. Yas Mall is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury during the service.

Yas Mall may modify or cancel the service schedule without prior notice for operational or safety reasons.
